The Phoenix is covered by a 30-Day Manufacturer’s Guarantee. If within 30 days of your order of The Phoenix if you notice any manufacturing defects, you can email: [email protected] and we will generate a packing slip for you and send you detailed instructions on how to return the product.
The one exception to our 30 day no questions asked money back warranty is physical damage. If the unit has been dropped, crushed, broken or immersed in water, it will not be eligible for return or replacement. The one year extended warranty DOES cover physical damage, and we recommend purchasing this additional coverage for this reason.
